Payments
All charges are shown in US Dollars. Payments are to be made in US dollars and must be drawn from a US bank. Ennoble Host accepts the following types of payment: via PayPal and Stripe: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. All payments are due on the Account Statement Date. The Account Statement Date is the monthly anniversary of the date the account was activated. Recurring charges will be posted to your credit card until such time that you cancel your account in accordance with Ennoble Host Billing Policy in the TOS. You must update your credit card information via PayPal or Stripe, to keep automatic payments accurate with your account. Accounts that are thirty (30) days past due will be automatically removed from our servers for the lack of payment. All past due and unpaid balances are subject to collection. In the event of collection, you will be liable for costs of collection including attorney's fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.
Account Renewals
In order to ensure uninterrupted service of your web hosting service, all plans will automatically renew at the end of the plan's billing cycle. Plan renewal charges are based on the original rate on the date of renewal according to the service selected. Plans are renewed for the same billing cycle term. If you wish to cancel your plan before the plan renewal, please refer to the Cancellation section below. An automated renewal notification will be sent to the email address on the account, at least 30 days prior to the actual processing of the renewal.
Free Domain and Site Transfers
The free domain name offer is good for 1 year of domain registration if that is the service that is selected for the web hosting or web design packages. The "free-domain" must be used at the time of sign-up for a new domain registration attached to a hosting account in order for the offer to be honored. Domain transfers or additional domain registrations are still eligible for the free domain offer, if requested within the first 30 days of sign-up, and if the "free-domain" choice was not already used on the account. After the first year, domains will be priced at the renewal regular yearly domain registration charge of $12.29/yr. The free domain offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Ennoble Host offers, specials, or discounts unless noted by the service handler. WordPress website transfers from a previous host to ennoblehost.com will be done free of charge. 1 year hosting account purchases are not eligible for hosting reimbursement after the initial 30 Day money-back guarantee.
Billing Statements
Ennoble Host does not mail paper invoices or statements. Statements can be viewed and printed through the billing control panel, or by the email that is listed with our sales department.
FEES (NSF) Non-Sufficient Funds
Ennoble Host will suspend the hosting account in question if payment is not made within ten (10) days after the due date. This account will be subject to cancellations and removal from our servers after non-payment for 30 days.
Cancellations
Hosting plans will automatically renew until a plan is canceled. In order to cancel service, you must submit a ticket inside of your control panel and submit a cancellation request. Please be aware that there are no pro-rated refunds after the first 30 days of service. Cancellation requests must be received by Ennoble Host a minimum of three (3) business days prior to the end of your Billing Cycle. Cancellations submitted later than this time may result in the automatic renewal of your hosting plan. Cancellations become effective on the day processed by Ennoble Host. Ennoble Host is unable to cancel your account effective for a future date. Ennoble Host will confirm the cancellation request when it is processed. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact Ennoble Host as soon as possible. Canceled accounts are immediately terminated from the server and no backups will be kept, meaning no data can be recovered after an account is canceled. If a backup of the hosting account is needed one must be taken before the account is canceled. Ennoble Host does not monitor, and will not automatically cancel, plans for problems related to domain name transfers, non-usage, Internic, your ISP, or any other secondary issues not directly related to any of Ennoble Host services. The cancellation of services does not relieve the customer from paying any outstanding balance owed on the account. Ennoble Host reserves the right to cancel any account, at any time, without notice, for any reason Ennoble Host considers appropriate.
Each of Ennoble Host's shared hosting plans carries a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services or support within the first 30 days, you will be given a full refund. The following services do not qualify for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee: account renewals, or additional services.
Billing/Price Changes
Ennoble Host policies are subject to change without notice. Ennoble Host prices on each hosting plan are final and will not ever change. Each customer is guaranteed locked-in rates regarding their hosting accounts with Ennoble Host. The only cost increase is based on the number of years that are selected for each hosting plan, or if there is a need to increase your web hosting plan.
